                         Diaspora


The word 'diaspora' is a term by which we understand the people, having left their homeland, settled other parts of the world. It is either because they were force to do so or because they willingly left their homeland. In the history of human civilization, we find a number of events of diaspora. The jews people were first diaspora's in the history of mankind. Their ancestor Abraham was forced to leave Iraq and took shelter in Egypt. In Egypt he was diaspora. Then their offspring Jews were forced to leave Egypt and shelter themselves in Palestine.  In Palestine the jews were diaspora. Leter many of them were force to leave Palestine during the Islamic area. The jews become diaspora in Europe and America. Coming from the central Europe, the Aryans settled in the indian subcontinent. In the twentieth century after the world war 2 the jews started gathering Palestine with the help of western power. They have formed a jewishland in Palestine named Israel. The Palestinians are now force to leave their homeland. They are becoming diasporas in the different countries of the world. Most of the reason of it are ravages of nature. However, Now the main reason of diaspora is Globalization. 

Imran Rahman is a school teacher. He is quite popular in the student community for the friendly tactics of teaching and teaching students. One day he came to class and told the students, "I want to play a game with you, will you play games?" The students are very excited. Who wants to play the game! Everyone agreed in one sentence. চলুন,একটি শিক্ষনীয় গল্প পড়ি...

কালো একটা মেয়ে ছোট একটা চাকুরীর জন্য বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে ঘুরে বেড়াচ্ছে। সব রেস্টুরেন্টের মালিক সোজা বলে দিচ্ছে, দেখো, আমেদের এখানে কোন লোক লাগবে না। তুমি অন্য কোথাও যাও। কালো মেয়েটি হতাশ হয়ে অন্য রেস্টুরেন্টে যায়।

এভাবে সে চাকুরীর খুঁজতে খুঁজতে একদিন একটি চাকুরী পেয়ে গেল এক রেস্টুরেন্টে। রেস্টুরেন্টের মালিক প্রথম দিন ই তাকে বলে দিলো যে, কখনো দেরি করে আসা চলবে না। দেরি করে আসলে তোমার চাকুরী থাকবে না। মেয়েটি সব কিছু মাথায় রেখে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে রেস্টুরেন্টে। খাবারের অর্ডার নিচ্ছে সে, তারপর আবার খাবার পৌঁছে দিচ্ছে টেবিলে টেবিলে। খাওয়া শেষ হবার পর টেবিল পরিস্কার করছে সে। প্রায় প্রতিদিন, কাজের কিছু অদক্ষতার জন্য বকা খাচ্ছে সে।

কখনো হয়তো কোন কাস্টমারের সামনে থেকে কফির মগ নিতে গিয়ে কাস্টমারের গায়ে একটু কফি ফেলে দিয়েছে। কাস্টমার প্রচন্ড রেগে মালিকের কাছে নালিশ করেছে।
মেয়েটি মালিকের কাছে কাঁদো কাঁদো সরি বলে বেঁচে গেছে। গায়ের রং কালো বলে সম্ভবত রেস্টুরেন্টের অন্য ছেলেরা পাত্তা দেয়নি। কোন দিন তার সহকর্মীর জন্মদিনে তার বাসায় গেলো। কেক কাটার পর যে খাবার দেওয়া হলো, সহকর্মীরা লক্ষ্য করে দেখলো কালো মেয়েটি একদম ই সেই খাবার গুলো খেতে পারছে না। সহকর্মীরা অবাক হয়ে জিজ্ঞেস করলো, খাবারে কোন সমস্যা অাছে কি না। জবাবে, সে বললো, না, আমার পেট ভরা, তাই খেতে পারছি না।

কোন কোন দিন রেস্টুরেন্টের অন্যান্য সহকর্মীদের সাথে কম দামি গাড়িতে করে কোথাও ঘুরতে ও গিয়েছিলো কাল মেয়েটি। কম দামী গাড়িতে বেশ কষ্ট ও হয়েছে তার। এতে, মুখ খুলো কাউকে কিছুই বলেনি সে। সব কিছু চেপে গেছে আর ভেবে নিয়েছে যে, আমি অন্য দশটি মানুষের মতোই মানুষ। সুতরাং, তারা পারলে আমি পারবো না কেনো। দিন এভাবে ই যাচ্ছিলো।

একদিন তার সহকর্মীর একজন লক্ষ্য করে দেখলো যে, কালো মেয়েটি রেস্টুরেন্ট থেকে ছয়জন বিশালদেহি মানুষ তাকে ঘিরে রাখে। রেস্টুরেন্টে শুরু হলো গুঞ্জন, কানাকানি। এভাবে ঘটনা চলে যায় সাংবাদিকদের কাছে। বেড়িয়ে আসে কালো মেয়েটির পরিচয়। সবাই জানতে পারে, কালো মেয়েটি প্রেসিডেন্টের মেয়ে। তারপর দেশে দেশে আলোচনা উঠে, নিউজ হয়।

বিশ্ব জেনে যায়, মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট বারাক ওবামার ছোট মেয়ে সাশা ওবামা নিজের পরিচয় লুকিয়ে একটা রেস্টুরেন্টে কাজ করছেন। গ্রীষ্মকালীন ছুটির ফাঁকে ম্যাসাচুসেটসের মার্থাস ভিনিয়ার্ড নামের একটি দ্বীপের ওই রেস্টুরেন্টে কাজ নিয়েছেন তিনি। অনেকদিন পর্যন্ত সাশার সহকর্মীরাও তাকে চিনতে পারেনি। পরে রেস্টুরেন্ট ঘিরে সার্বক্ষণিক ছয়জন গোয়েন্দার বিষয়টি অবস্থান বিষয়টিকে স্পষ্ট করে তোলে।

এদিকে বারাক ওবামার স্ত্রী মিশেল ওবামা বলেন, "সন্তানদেরকে একটা বয়সের পরে রাজকীয় বিলসিতা ছাড়তে বাধ্য করেছি। কারন তাদের সাধারন মানুষের সাথে মিশতে হবে। অন্য দশটি মানুষের মতোই বাঁচতে শিখতে হবে তাদের"।

খাবার আমাদের সবার কম বেশি প্রিয়। খাবারের স্বাদে অনেক সময় আমরা একটু বেশি খেয়েফেলি। তো আমরা যদি কোন কারণে বেশি খেয়েই ফেলি তাহলে কি হবে? এতে চিন্তার কিছু নেই! শুধু কিছু ব্যাপার আমাদের মাথায় রাখলে,অতিরিক্ত খাওয়ার ফলে যে অস্বস্তি এবং শারীরিক সমস্যা তৈরি হয় তা খুব সহজে ই কমানো সম্ভব।

তো চলুন---
১। প্রথমে খাওয়ার সময় সাথে সাথে পানি পান না করা। নূন্যতম, খাওয়া শেষ হওয়ার অন্তত ৩০ মিনিট পর পানি পান করলে এ সমস্যার সমধান বা এই সমস্যার দেখা মেলবে না।

২। আবার,অন্যদিকে আদা ও লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে খেলেও অনেকটা উপকার পাওয়া যাবে। যদি সকাল-সকাল উঠে এক গ্লাস মধু আর লেবুর রস হালকা গরম পানিতে গুলে খেলে তা হজমের জন্য এবং মেদ কমাতে অনেক সাহায্য করে।

৩।হজমের অস্বস্তি দূর করতে লেবু রসের তুলনা-ই হয় না। লেবু জল হজমের কার্যক্ষমতা বাড়িয়ে দেয়। এতে করে বেশি খাওয়া হয়ে গেলে যে অস্বস্তির মধ্যে পড়া হয় তা খুব সহজেই দূর হয়। এক গ্লাস জলে একটি লেবুর অর্ধেক অংশ চিপে পান করে ফেলুন। হজমের গন্ডগোল দূর হয়ে যাবে এবং অনেকটা আরাম পাবেন ইন শা আল্লাহ।

৪।এছাড়া ইসবগুলের ভুসি খেলেও পেট ভালো থাকে। তাই অতিরিক্ত খাওয়ার পর ইসবগুলের ভুসি দিতে পারে পেটের সমস্যা থেকে মুক্তি।

৫।বেশি খাওয়া হয়ে কিছুটা সময় হাঁটা হাঁটি করলে খাওয়া হজম হতে সাহায্য হয়। ফলে বেশি খাওয়ার সমস্যাতে আর ভুগতে হয় না।
বেশি খাওয়া হয়ে গেলে সবচাইতে বেশি যে সমস্যাটি হয় তা হল, বুক জ্বালাপোড়া করা। এই সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য এক গ্লাস জলে লেবুর রস ও সামান্য লবণ মিশিয়ে পান করতে পারেন।
